I am honored to have 3 of my articles published in outstanding legal periodicals. The February 2008 issue of the Texas Bar Journal included "SNTs in a UTC Environment: Is Third-Party Disability Planning at Risk?" The Spring 2008 issue of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Trust SIG is published "The Intersection of Estate Planning, SNTs and Veterans Benefits." Finally, the September 2008 edition of the North Carolina Bar Association Elder Law Section publication features "The Estate Planner's Introduction to Veterans Benefits."

I have also added updated articles on Medicaid eligibility and the Miller Trust, as well as articles that I presented at various conferences on Special Needs Trusts and Disability Planning.
